We require the following documents to send your unaccompanied baggage to overseas:

1. Proof of Address & Identity: Self-attested photocopies of any two of the following: Passport (photo, details, & visa page), Aadhar card, PAN card, electricity bill, bank passbook, water bill, ration card, passport, voter ID card, driving licence, etc.
2. Other supporting documents: photocopy of passport, Aadhar/OCI/PIO card, or FRRO registration certificate.
3. Photocopy of the travel ticket.
4. From and To Address (along with contact number(s) and zip/postal code).
5. Authorisation letter: Authorizing us to complete the customs formalities on your behalf.
6. Packing list: a list describing the contents of each package as well as its total value in INR.
7. A marriage certificate or invitation card is required if gifts and wedding trousseaux (dresses and other wedding accessories for the bride and groom) are part of the shipment.
8. Travellers visiting India or holders of foreign passports: Original purchase bill or invoice of the newly purchased item, along with an encashment certificate issued by a bank or authorised currency exchange agent.
